What Is It?

A service providing the setup, establishment and ‘kickstarting’ of a social strategy for your business.

Many businesses and organisations need a helping hand to get started. After consultation with you, I will advise the social spaces required, create the accounts, reposition content from your existing web presence and deliver the training required to take it all under your own control.

This Shotglass approach allows your social strategy to begin with immediate effect and give you the confidence of setting off on the right foot from day one. I will monitor your activity, advise throughout, be there on the end of the phone to answer questions and supply solutions.

The process:

• We’ll chat to find out what your idea is all about, what you want to achieve and what you’ve tried already
• I’ll inspire you with some great examples to peak your interest
• give you the tools and training to start immediately and see results
• develop a strategy, recommend the social spaces for you, create the profiles required and set the template for your social dialogue
• hand over the ‘keys’ so you can continue the good work, knowing that you’re on the right path from the start
• include you in my network so we can stay in contact and offer further advice, as and when you need it
